Returns & Exchanges (At-the-Door Policy)
At Lait, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer an immediate inspection and "try-on" policy at the moment of delivery.
- You are welcome to inspect, open, and try on your items while the courier is present.
- All returns or exchanges must be made immediately, before the courier departs.
- Once the courier leaves your location, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns or exchanges.
- In the event of an at-the-door return or exchange, you will only be responsible for paying the shipping fees.
International Orders
The at-the-door policy applies to orders delivered within Egypt only.
- All international orders are final sale.
